Saudi Grand Mufti Abdul Aziz Al-Sheikh

Riyadh (IINA) – Saudi Arabia's Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdul Aziz Al-Sheikh called on teachers to educate young people on the correct Islamic education, away from hyperbole and strange ideas promoted by misleading advocates.
Speaking during his Friday sermon at Imam Turki bin Abdullah Mosque in Riyadh, Al-Sheikh also called on the preachers to educate young people on doing good deeds, and to protect them from evil.  He stressed the need to educate the Muslim youth on their both religious and worldly matters, and to warn them against sliding into the shedding of innocent blood, considering that a good deed the teachers should compete for.
The Grand Mufti also called for the avoidance of spreading rumors and falsehoods, saying that some people have been tricked and lured into obscene speech that does not please Allah and His Messenger, by listening to lies and misleading allegations. He emphasized that it is good to avoid paying heed to these obscene speech and misleading ideas.
