Cairo (IINA) – Head of the Arab Parliament Ahmed Al-Jarwan said that the Parliament Bureau discussed in its emergency meeting on Sunday a draft plan to face up to the events, terrorist attacks and foreign conspiracies surrounding the Arab world.
“The plan aims to develop a comprehensive study to achieve overall development in the Arab world in order to stop draining the capabilities of its young people and its economic and financial fundamentals,” Jarwan said.
“The plan also aims at activating the idea of launching an Arab news channel that airs in both English and French, as well as holding parliamentary meetings with the Arab youth in various Arab capital cities by Arab MPs to explain dimensions and risks of extremist ideologies,” he added.
